Photo room tour

I finally got around to taking some photos of my room! I always like taking pictures of simple things like this - I always recommend people to take pictures of things around them. Later when we're older, we're going to wonder what our senior year closet looked like, not other things. You know? Sorry it's so messy - I'm currently watching Elf and packing for my flight tomorrow morning.

I broke out my freshman year comforter and I think it looks so cute! I usually like to stay with a grey comforter, but I switched it up this year.

This is the cleanest my desk has looked in about 3 months... whoops.

Some photos of Roma, a cool skull I got at Michaels around Halloween, vodka and Red Bull. Also apple cider vinegar that I need to throw out because that stuff is n-a-s-t-y!

Some books for both learning and leisure. Amy Schumer's book was so good in my opinion... then again reading about comedians is pretty much my favorite thing. Also, how cute is that little cat hanging off the pot! I had to throw out the plant because it was super dead, I'm excited to get another though.

Photos of Europe hanging in the back, maps of Italy and the world, and some pretty lights and other simplistic wall hangings.

I love my Roma scarf - it looks perfect right there and, while I do have photos of Italy everywhere, it's a piece of the country in my room. Also, that side table is from Amazon and is probably the best $10 I've ever spent. So simple and so helpful! Along with those curtains. I think I got those at Ikea for $5? They really make the room.

Probably my favorite corner. I stacked some boxes and painted them black to make the mirror taller, but they also came in handy as a little table for my make up. It's a perfect little space. I'll be so sad to take down my tiny tree!

This room is definitely the coziest I've had so far. I think through research, I've discovered that curtains, rugs, and lamps make the room cozy. I've done all 3 of those this year and I can confirm it works! I get so sad when I have to leave this room. I think it's so 'me.'

Happy holidays! Hope you're enjoying this great time of year!
