i want to share with you this awesome app that i got! i'm not much of a runner AT ALL, but sadly i have to admit that i've been having some body issues lately. i really hate when girls put themselves down, so it's crazy that i'm putting myself down! in Spring, i also bought a couple bathing suits in a a little bit of a smaller size, hoping that it would make me exercise more.
 
anyway, i got the app Couch to 5k! it's supposed to turn you from a couch potato to a 5k runner in 8 weeks! i'm really hoping i stick to it! i don't know if i'll be able to do a 5k... that'll probably take me years... but i'm happy i'm doing it! i can't really say much because i'm only on the second day, but i do know that after the first time i did it last night, i was really excited to do it again this morning!

Hey girl hey! So proud of you!! I've been doing some interval running for the last two weeks. Feels soooooo good after, and after my mom and sister leave I'm going to start the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, but maybe not do it in necessarily 30 days. I hate time restrictions.

thanks!! i know -- i feel so accomplished and sleep better too :) oh i hear you, as long as you're doing the workout i think that's good enough ;)
