expensive art

ok so whenever i can't think of anything to post, i usually go to Stumble Upon, and then i find really interesting things to post! here's one of many examples.

isn't that crazy?! the 6th and 7th pictures get me because they seem so simple, but they are worth SO much! and i put 2 Van Gogh pictures in here because he was the artist i chose during my drawing class to make my drawings like his paintings. like in the 5th picture, you can see how he uses a lot of patterns in the background. that's what i did for my independent project! i drew a portrait and then put many patterns in the background. cool right?! ok that was my nerd moment.
